1. Don’t remove your make-up

If you wore make-up that day, the first step should be to remove it with a make-up remover or an oil. The face is then washed with a cleansing foam or gel. 3. Sleeping with your hair down

Instead of wearing your hair down at night, you’d better tie it up. This has several advantages: On the one hand, your hairstyle lasts longer. Did you stand in the bathroom for hours the day before and curl your hair? Wear a loose bun at night and you will still benefit from it the next day.

4. Smartphone before bed

Because sugar is a real source of energy. The bar of chocolate or the sweet bag of popcorn before going to bed creates problems for falling asleep and staying asleep. So avoid sugar in the evening and choose other, preferably healthy snacks instead.

7. Staying awake too long

Far too often we catch ourselves staying up too long. For example, because the series is so incredibly exciting and we just can’t turn it off. The next day we wake up completely exhausted, have reddened eyes and do not get through the day well. So try to set a fixed time to go to sleep. Most people need between seven and eight hours of sleep. So if you have to get up at 7 a.m., try to go to sleep by 11:30 p.m. at the latest.

8. Changing sheets irregularly
